looking for what this is and a driver for this unknown device   ACPI\INT3400\2&DABA3FF&0

Hi:

 

It's going to be one of these two drivers that installs it.

 

That is because usually there are two instances of the device showing up as needing a driver on a clean installation.

 

Try this one first and restart the PC:

 

Intel Chipset Installation Utility

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe 

 

If that driver doesn't install the device, then this one should:

 

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe
