Hi:

I believe that you meant to write 15-af124nl as there is no such model as a HP 16-af124nl.

You can use all of the drivers and software from the HP 255 G4 notebook which is the HP business class version of the 15-afxxx model series.

HP 255 G4 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

Do not use the latest BIOS on the support page though.  That is only for the 255 G4.

If there is some reason you want to update the BIOS, this was the last update HP released for your notebook:

F.28

Thank you for your answer, I have written well if you want I can also give you the serial number : CND5504HCR
Has an amd a8 7410 with amd radeon r5 graphics
I’m having trouble finding drivers in particular amd graphics.
The video drivers that I downloaded from amd site gave me a problem of mouse lag and animations.

You're very welcome.

Here is the parts list for the serial number you posted.

HP PartSurfer

Note the T8S31EA product number.

Here is the model number for the T8S31EA product number:

You can't use the graphics driver from the AMD website.

You have to use the older AMD graphics driver from the 255 G4 link that I posted.

sp74716.exe

Your notebook has the AMD R5/AMD M330 switchable graphics adapters, not just the R5.

What you are experiencing is exactly what happens when you try to use the graphics driver from the AMD website.

Inside the driver setup information file it shows support for both GPU's.
