Hi:

 

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

There are at least 6 different versions of the PCI serial  port driver used on PC's with different Intel processors and chipsets.

 

Can't help you without that info.

You still didn't provide the model number of the PC.

 

Those ID's are for a notebook PC, not a desktop one.

 

As far as I can tell, you need this driver which will install both of those devices.
