drivers for Elitebook

I hope that someone can help. I bought my laptop secondhand and it was reset to factory settings. I am a complete laptop novice. I have tried to load and run Minecraft, but it will not load. I am not sure if there a way of finding out which service patch/download I need to enable the laptop to run Minecraft, or is there a 'cover all' download? many thanks

Have you installed the latest version of Java? It can be checked here: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Dear Kalt, thankyou for the link and advice. I have the latest version of Java installed. Unfortunately Minecraft still crashes when I try to run it, and I don't know what to look for in the error report.

Any more ideas would be gratefully received. Many thanks

I'm sorry you're still having issues with it.  Most problems with Minecraft are related to Java or the graphics drivers of your computer.  You should be able to find more support resources at: https://help.mojang.com/
