I need the driver for windows 7 or windows 8.1 for my Hp Pavilion dv6 I7 2360qm, help me please i am from Cuba

Windows 7 drivers for your model can fbe found the on the Software and driver page - HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 CTO Quad Edition Entertainment Notebook PC. HP isn't providing Windows 8, 8.1, or 10 drivers for this model, however we may be able to point you to compatible drivers provided you gave us the Windows Device Manager's "Hardware Ids" (just the string of text will do) for those  missing or unknown devices as shown in the example below;

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.

 

The above requested information can be found on the bottom of your computer, inside the battery compartment or on the startup BIOS screen. Please see How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? for more assistance locating this information. DO NOT include your serial number. Please enter the model/product information into HP's Online Consumer Support page and post it here for our review.

It will power on. But it says there's a hard-drive problem. I've tried the power button reboot method. As well as the f11. It freezes on the system screen and does nothing. I don't know what else to try at this point. Please help. I just want the computer to run.

Please see HP Forum thread "Hard Disk - (3F0) BootDevice not found Error Message" for a possible solution to your issue. While this may not be your exact issue, testing the hard drive may indicate that it has failed or is about to fail.

 

Please turn on your computer and press "F2" or "ESC" then "F2" to run the system diagnostics. Please test the hard drive in your computer for possible failure.
