drivers for hp 15 1039 notebook or recovery cd???

Can not find cd recovery or drivers for hp 15 1039 notebook... looked on hp support.....not available??  hard drive changed out...thank for anyhelp......

If you look more closely at the model number, you will see that it is a HP 15-f039wm.

That model only came with W8.1 with Bing from HP.

You can order recovery media for your notebook at the link below...

If you installed W7, you can try the W7 x64 drivers and software from the HP 250 G2 business class notebook, except the BIOS and firmware files.

HP will not have W7 recovery media for that model.
