Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a failed restore and had to download a windows 10 iso from Microsoft. That installed fine but now my hdmi port does not work. I found that, in my device manager, I have 7 devices that do not have their drivers installed. HP, unfortunately, does not provide drivers for the motherboard of this model. Where do I go from here?

For some reason, HP does not provide drivers for this product as shown: No software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system. Please make a different selection, or visit the product homepage.

I have been able to update six of the seven devices through the device manager. The one that I could not update is located on the PCI Express Root complex.

The device instance path is: ACPI\SMB0001\3&11583659&D

At this point, the computer is not able to detect another moniter through the HDMI port.

Is this a software issue or a hardware issue?

Thanks for your help! We are getting closer. The HDMI port works but I still have an unknown device, in the device manager, that has no drivers installed. I am having issues with the usb ports. I think I need the usb3 drivers. It would be nice if HP provided the drivers for my notebook.
