For the first driver, see my solution marked in green at the link below...There are only W7 drivers available for that device, so you will have to hope it works.

For the second one, I have no idea what to do about that.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the W7 chipset driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.
