Hello hp India
I'm Ashis from West Bengal
I had registered a case ID and it's over an 1 and half month ,[edit] . My warranty is on the edge of 2 months remaining,even the technician is not able to detect my problem. [edit]

It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating issues with your HP Notebook and the warranty service. Since your warranty period is nearing its end and you haven’t received a satisfactory response to your technical issues.
May I know what is the issue with the Notebook? Could you please elaborate? Could you please share the case ID with us in a private message?

When I turn on my device it stuck on hp logo with please wait loading in below of hp logo,after that it take me to a blue screen to select keyboard layout,then I select US after that it take to two options 1.Troubleshoot ,2.Turn off your PC ,I select 1 and it take me to different options 1.startup recovery,2.command prompt,3.uninstall updates,4.UEFI settings,5.Image recovery,6.Restore your PC,I select 1 and it say startup repair couldn't repair your PC shutdown or Advance options,then I turn it off
