Product: HP Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

upon startup i get the blue box administrator or startup password. after 3 tries i get the code A(775C94D) it's an HP Pavilion 15 Win 10 64bit. Can anyone help so i dont have to completely reinstall windows.
