Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was using the battery for power and completely died, now it will not charge at all. I did check the power charger has 20 dc volts at laptop. this is only the 2nd time I have used battery power, it is always at desk plugged in. it was at the desk just was checking how long the battery would. I have held the power button for one minute and plugged changer back in still will not turn on. there is no light at the charger on laptop.

the laptop was purchased Dec 2020

Got back from the HP service center and the battery was the problem.
