after windows update install new firmware and windows turn on it showed
preparing automatic windows repair

after diagnostic(F2 button) it give me error smart check failed hard drive/SSD 
but the drive was fine before the update

tried installing from USB boot recovery and it give me error:
system bios update failed unable to open bios image file  &  unable to open bios signature file  

found update on HP site F.22 Rev.A  and it will accept installing it but not any older version

tried win + b & win +v to recover bios it give me this error at end

and after that tried HP 4 in 1 recovery tool but it didn't fix it
how can I get the laptop to boot normally again?

already removed OS and re install all
with recovery drive from another laptop from another manufacture(Lenovo)

I request you talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
    1. Enter the serial of your device.
  3. Select the country from the drop-down.
  4. Click on "Show Options".
  5. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you
