erreur critical process died + redémarrage en boucle

Bonjour à tous, 

 

J'ai un gros problème sur mon ordinateur portable depuis quelques jours, il affiche un code erreur: "critical process died" au démarrage, d'ailleurs le démarrage échoue et il propose de recommencer ou d'aller dans les options avancées.

Je suis perdue, j'ai essayé diverses méthodes:

- l'outil de redémarrage système

- désinstaller les mises à jour

- la restauration du système (sans succès car je n'ai aucun point de restauration!)

- le mode sans échec (le fameux bureau noir n'apparaît pas)

AIDEZ-MOI, j'ai des documents importants et je veux les récupérer, c'est ce qui est LE PLUS IMPORTANT!
