I am suddenly getting a few concerning issues with a brand new laptop i just purchased a week ago. very randomly it seems, it will show the blue error screen with the little sad emoji. THIS SCREEN SAY :
STOPCODE: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION"
This screen also says its going to restart by itself and shows a '0%' as if its going to count to '100%' although it never changes from the initial zero percent and then suddenly it kicks off and almost immediately back on. when it comes back on like that, both times it was a black screen saying:
"BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND
PLEASE INSTALL AN OS ON YOUR HARD DISK
HARD DISK (3F0)
F2 SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS"
and from there i will have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it off. but once it powers back on, it runs just like nothing's ever happened. or so i thought, until maybe 4-5 days later, it happened again. same situation as the first.
So i ran the F2 tests recommended online and through the support assistant, and initially there were no issues found whatsoever. i accidentally re-ran the system's two hour test and this time everything had no issues but one:
TYPE RESULT FAILURE ID
SYSTEM (E) WARNING N/A
I've only had this laptop for a week and it was brand new and i am at a loss. it is running windows 11 home edition, and was originally in S mode but i took it out of that a few days after getting it started up and going. any help would be immensely appreciated. THANK YOU!!
