Hola, no puedo reparar ni instalar windows 8.1. Aparece el siguiente error:

 

ID DE FALLA: 9XJB39-0009P6-XD7V7F-60T903

ID PRODUCTO: J8U11LT#ABM

 

Ejecuté sfc/scannow, chkdsk /f, diagnostico de memoria.

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Consult the service manual for your model HP 240 notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
