There is no HP recovery manager download available.

 

You can use the Microsoft media creation tool on another PC to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive to reinstall W10 on the drive.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Your notebook's Windows product key is encrypted in the BIOS so you will not need the product key to install Windows.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

To boot from the W10 installation flash drive, have it in your notebook's USB port.

 

Turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key.


The PC should boot from the flash drive and you follow the on-screen instructions to install W10.
