Hi,

i have change manually the resources of realtek PCIe GBE family controller in device manager.

Now ethernet and right usb port dont work, ethernet light right is always on and usb device is powered but not detected.

In the device manager realtek PCIe GBE family controller and usb controller are hidden with device status : "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

I tried uninstall device and install driver, restore from a system restore point, restore from an image backup of the hard drive and new windows installation. Boot on HP diagnostic, cant testusb port and wired connection said uefi network is not active in bios...Capture.PNGCapture2.PNGCapture3.PNGCapture4.PNG

Issue is the same at all time.
