Product: probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I use a HP ProBook 4440s with Windows 10. A few days ago my brightness keys (fn + f2/f3) suddenly stopped working. The sound keys (fn + f7/f8/f9) and sleep keys (fn + f1) still work. Any idea why and how to fix this would be really appreciated. My Device Manager says that my Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 display adaptor driver and my Generic PnP Monitor are all up to date and working properly. A simple restart also did not do the trick

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to reinstall the W10 Hotkey support software and restart the PC.
