Hi
Recently I started getting the following message upon booting my new HP laptop.
"Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have Bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not boot without a recovery key. Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot. fTPM will NOT be enabled with new CPU unless fTPM is (previously initialised) you could swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and data ? YES / NO"
I have been pressing N and system then boots as normal.
Does anyone know what this message means and how we stop it from occurring?
Also, I have contacted HP Support more than 10 times. They do nothing except open cases which never get resolved. Besides, my laptop has several other issues. 90B cooling fan error (the fan was replaced under warranty but the error did not go away), unexpected shutdowns, lockings and restarts while gaming, and slow battery charging. I am running out of patience since HP has not been able to solve any of my issues. Any help will be appreciated.

@Praveen196 What about the 90B Cooling Fan error though? My fan has been replaced once but I am still getting it. Although a technician is coming to replace it once again but I fear that the error might show up again. I am not even able to play games because the fan is not working. The laptop shuts down or restarts when I start playing games.
