Product: hp probook 440 g8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
i don't know exactly what happens, i am going to register my face for sign in options, facial recognition (windows hello) this is currently unavailable.
i checked in my file explorer C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns
face driver is missing i think
give the solutions for this

not all laptops of this line have Windows hello facial recognition. To verify, enter the device manager, go to camera and check if you have two cameras and one must be IR.
