Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am having several issues and instead of solving them individually I would like to return the laptop to the factory state or format, reinstall and work upwards. I have done several updates - windows, bios, hp software etc and now i am having problems with start-up, keyboard, touchpad, touchscreen. A usb keyboard works making this post possible. IThe cloud recovery app does not work with this model, and hp recovery manager for this model cannot be accessed. please suggest a solution!!

HP does not do any upgrades. All they do is warranty repairs -- and for that to happen, the warranty has to still be in effect.

 

We do not play any role in this, so you would have to contact HP yourself to arrange for warranty service.
