It was factory reset and now cannot sign in.. compaq Presqario CQ60

OK, so WHY did you force a factory reset on such an OLD PC -- when not only is that unlikely to fix problems, it is almost certainly going to CAUSE problems!

 

There is nothing we can do for you from here because HP has not stocked Vista recovery media for YEARS and the online stores also don't stock it anymore.
