I have an HP Stream Model 14-cb011wrn. I think the Windows needs to be reinstalled. I cannot access the laptop because it is not accepting my windows password, I would like to factory reset or figure out how to reinstall Windows. I've tried using Windows 10 installation media via USB flash drive, but the computer will not accept it. Does anyone have any other suggestions here? thanks.

i appreciate your quick response however i am not able to pass the windows password screen. it will not accept the set up PIN or password. I believe my 8 year old may have changed this somehow. He uses this computer to play his games. I tried to do a restore but i receive the message that there is not enough memory space to execute the factory reset.
