Hp Probook 450 G4

hi i bought my hp probook 450 g4 having dos os from local store . The seller already installed a pirated copy of windows before selling it to me... i want to know if i factory reset my laptop  then will my pirated windows be lost or anything other like this will happen???

if your vendor installed an illegal version of windows, you should ask them directly!
see here, HP ProBook 450 G4 Notebook PC Product Specifications

depending on the model as already mentioned you may only have a freeDos version!
So if you try to factory reinstall, you might find this same version
If you want you can try, if it works you will indeed no longer have an illegal version, normally, but maybe you will not have windows 10 either.

Hi:

 

If your notebook came with DOS from HP, there is no Windows product key in the BIOS.

 

You need to have a genuine W10 license and product key to have a properly installed version of Windows 10.

i dont want to buy a genuine one but i want to reset my laptop .. i just want to know if i reset my laptop which is having a pirated copy of windows 10 , will that cause any problem or something like erasing the pirated one
