i turned on laptop, pressed F10. PhoenixBIOS screen - setup confiiguration selected NO - used arrows across to ADVANCED selected BOOT ORDER then ATAPI CD-ROM DRIVE - f10 to save settings.

still doesn't Boot from CD it still goes to Windows.

this is just not working. i need to do some work on my new HP Stream so i am just going to take out hard drive and get rid of this.

i really appreciate EVERYTHING you have done. Briliant.

thank you all for your assistance over the last week.

I have looked at quite a few videos, instructions, all sorts but nothing helped me.

i have not used this computer in ages so i will have to manually uninstall applications and just do it from there.

It is just too complicated to just do a Factory Reset.i just wanted a few buttons to do the job. i have the patience but a week is even testing me.

i need to get on with my life and sorting my new HP laptop out and adult education work i am supposed to be doing.

Very much appreciated.

Hi,

http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05068552

It'll be around 1-1.5yrs old I suppose, by looking at the hardware components built in.

Good to hear about HP ZE notebook.
