i am trying to do a factory reset but is asking for more disc space and i already deleted some programs its also stating that i am not signed in to my drive  i dont know what else to do any help pis appreciated.

On another PC, download and install Media Creation Tool.

Use MCT to create bootable USB flash drive.

Boot to that USB flash drive on your laptop, and do a clean installation of Windows 10.
