My grandparents purchased an HP Stream and set the login with their gmail account and a password. Well they do not remember the password and of course their gmail account appears to be hacked. All the security questions are in another language and the recover email and telephone number are ones that they do not recognize. I am trying to factory reset their HP Stream so I can get them back into it however, without the password I am stuck. I have tried resetting with powering and punching F11 a bunch however, when I do that I go in to wipe everything clean and get the message that "additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed. Free up some space and try again." That would be great if I could get in to free up space. Help?

Hi:
At this point, I recommend you clean install W10.
With another working Windows PC, you can clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool to create a bootable installation flash drive. You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this. Select the W10 64 bit media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W10 should install.
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
