HP Notebook-15-f271wm{energystar}  Testing Driver:1 Smart Check : FAILED FALIURE ID: GQA8GF-914C4F-MFPUQK-60FT03   PRODUCT ID :N5YO4UA#ABA HARD DRIVE 1                                                                                                                                                              This is what i see on my laptop and i cannot get anything from the laptop, please help

You will need to install a new hard drive or 2.5" solid state drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
