Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

ran the hp test hard disk1; fail .    device:storage,   along with the aboive fail code. failure id u4tx9d-5jd90n-xd0141-61eb03.      fail code;305

 It was the graphic driver that needed updating.  went the normal routes to get the  upgrades.  Went to the manufacturer of the driver, intel, their drivers did not work, but they had a link for the PC manufacturer, compag, which led to getting all the driver updates that I needed.  By far way better Going thru the regular places you would get your updates from. ( the HP Help and support that comes with w7) And these all worked.  It automatically gave me all I needed, without having to download a 'support assistant' software, that wouldnt even install.  so only  took me aweek to figure it out.  I sure miss wxp.

Hard drive will need replacement. We can help with all aspects of that if you let us know where you live (country).
