Hi, My HP laptop not working and it not fixing when i try to update my OS.

HP Customer Support - Service Center

 

If the code is in reference to a hard drive failure, you will probably have to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive.
