Encontre un falla en el disco duro, segun la prueba es una falla de 24 digitos ( UCS87L-9B9A4L-XD7W2J-60US03), como puedo solucinarla, ya que mi ordenador anda mal y lento. Gracias

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means that you need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.

 

Consult the service manual for your specific model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

 

If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
