fan running constantly

hi, i bought (HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0043dx) computer a moth ago, while i run some program like java the computer fan start running constantly so the battery get out of charge soon and computer get hot and so on, can you please tell me what is the reason and what is solution for this problem cuz i bought it like less than a month and it should be work very smooth.

You probably can ignore Step 2 (clean vents) - assuming you do not live / operate the notebook in a dusty / dirty environment, the vents won't need cleaning so soon.
