Kindly suggest how should I revert my laptop back to normal, not able to access files and the system is also not working

Hi:
See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10/W11, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

The cloud recovery tool will erase the drive, format it and reinstall the original software.
