Hi @loganucv

To find the information you're looking for on your HP ProBook 455 G4, such as the feature byte, build ID, and system board CT number, you can try the following methods:

  1. HP Support Assistant:

    • Install and open the HP Support Assistant on your laptop.
    • This tool often provides detailed system information, including hardware and software specifications.
  2. BIOS/UEFI Firmware:

    • Restart your laptop and access the BIOS or UEFI firmware settings by pressing the appropriate key during boot. This is usually F10, Escape, or another key specified by HP on the boot screen.
    • Within the BIOS, you can find detailed information about your hardware, including the system board information.
  3. HP System Information:

    • On your laptop, press Fn + Esc or Ctrl + Alt + S. This should bring up the HP System Information window, displaying details like the product name, serial number, and other specifications, which might include the feature byte and system board information.
  4. HP PartSurfer:

    • If you've tried HP PartSurfer without success, double-check the specific format required for inputting your product ID and serial number to ensure accuracy. Sometimes these tools can be sensitive to formats or input errors.
  5. Physical Inspection:

    • Check if there is a label on the underside of your laptop or inside the battery compartment that provides the required information.
