The code Paul gave you in your other thread is correct, so you've got to assume your keyboard may well be the issue here.
Try the following.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Plug in the AC Adapter ( leave the battery out for the moment ), start the notebook and try entering the code 43980268 again.
If that still doesn't work, enter the via via an external usb keyboard.

Hi,
Regarding the hash, the code already supplied is the correct one for your bios.
One other possibilty that's worth trying would be to remove the HDD, then start the notebook withour the drive connected and see if the code is then accepted - the removal procedure can be found on Page 57 of your Maintenance & Service Guide.
