fingerprint scanner not installed

please, i have checked my device manager and my fingerprint scanner is not installed,  but there is a place designated for fingerprint scanning and the driver is also hidden at the device manager.

please can you help out

That little "box" on the keyboard might only be a "cover plate" - Not all models in the series have a fingerprint sensor.

What?

Fingerprint sensor is an optional purchase.
