Product: HP 350 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I haven't used my machine in a few years.  as part of the tiuition they were given to us by the university but I can't remember pin to login 

when I restart holding the shift button I press the restore remove everything

does not want to factory reset just takes me to what appears to be a command shell.

don't know what else to do.

ive tried several times samething over and over. does not work 

everything else is fine computer does turn on but I can't bypass the login screen 

pin was given several years ago. can someone help I can surely use this machine for a project im starting.
