Thank you for letting me know. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the USB port. I wasn’t able to find any information for the failure code you shared. Could you please run the Extensive Test one more time and send a clear photo or screenshot of the screen that shows the failure code? If you can, also tell me any sounds, lights, or unusual behaviour you notice when the test run, that will help me diagnose the issue more quickly.
 

Once you share the image and details, I’ll check everything and get all the help you need.”

Extensive Test -

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer. 
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key. 
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests. 
4. Click Extensive Test.
