Product: HP Stream - 14-cb171wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

recently personal cell got "Stalker-ware" installed causing huge stress, now thinking its effected my laptop and desk,  on the site product idents as window11 however system telling me windows 10.   system is able to run Windows 11.   

Trying to do a Fresh install of windows 11 on this device to ensure no spyware ect left behind.   Any ideas?   Thanks yal
