Hello!

Today my Elite Dragonfly asked me to do some updates and now it won't turn on (most of the time). Sometimes it turns on to show the BIOS update fail: full recovery of the intel management engine firmware failed. If I click 'continue', it turns off again.

 

The LED next to the charger flashes red and white, the Caps Lock light is on. I haven't figured out a pattern of when it turns on. Seems random.

 

Any guesses or tips?
