After I upgraded to Windows 10 20H2 the Realtek card reader stopped working. It did previously work under windows 10.

Anyone know this problem and the fix

@Chris1101

We are seeing reports from folks having what appear to be driver issues after doing the Optional Update to Win10 v20H2. These are most likely happening because their PC does not have v20H2-specific drivers and the problem with that is that HP provides us no information on when, or IF, such drivers are going to be made available. So, there is no immediate driver-based "fix" that we have been told about.

Thus, your only short-term solution to this is to attempt to use Windows Udpate to rollback the Windows 10 version to v20H1.
