Product: HP Chromebook 11.6 Inch Celeron 4GB 16GB Laptop avilion

hi i have use got my new laptop and play store was already on the devise so i tried downloading some game and they will download but when i open it think im on a phone and wont work with keypad. is there a way around this? i have seen people download stuff like noxplayer and stuff but they wont work on mine and i dont know why. any help will be most appretiated. many thanks
