I need to rebuild my laptop afrer formatting (cauugt mal ware) and I have no OS media. How can I get it?

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility, which will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that came with your notebook.

 

You will need to have access to another working Windows PC for this.

 

Here is the link for that utility, and I attached an info file below for how to use it.

 

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud
