I'm having problems with this when I start my notebook I need some help or type of information about this password that is having my laptop.

Sorry, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with this.
I know we used to give out codes to bypass password issues, but the Community Policies changed this March such that we are now PROHIBITED from assisting customers in bypassing Admin or BIOS passwords, or in resetting those passwords.
For assistance in this NOW, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly as they will confirm ownership of the PC before providing any assistance -- something we are not able to do from here.
