Product: HP ProBook 6570b Base Model Notebook PC

HP support requires a phone number country code first, no spaces or special characters. Nothing works and therefore they deny access to support on this basis. They created a bug to keeps us out. Anyone brought this to their attention. How long have they actually not known there is no way to get their app to recognize any phone number when requesting support?
