I just got this PC and its still locked from previous owner. HELP!! How do I unlock it and do a factory reset? (simple english please, I'm no tech professional) I just want to use this pc. I have got as far as system restore but it wants the password for the previous owner's account.

You won't be able to factory reset the PC without being able to boot using factory recovery media.
The only place I know of where you can get the recovery media would be from this vendor at the link below.
Your other option would be to make a bootable W10 64-bit installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool and clean install W10 for free.
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page:
