From what I can tell, that website has been inactive since sometime in August -- and attempts to download ISO files are met with "not available"

I used to recommend this too, all the time, but it seems they have gone essentially offline.

You are correct that they have changed, you now have to accept  "A Message From our Sponsors" which if you are picky, like I am sure you are about third party access, then maybe you believe they are somewhat inactive.

Today 10th NOVEMBER.

You don't seem to get proper English though, it is US only, unless I am mistaken, no International version. 

Since it does seem to work, and is still valid -   Support for Windows 7 ends 14 January 2020, I will let it run for a short while, and then in the new year adjust my links accordingly.
