i am told by the store i purhased it used from to do a hard reboot .  after searching for the way to do it i found an HP support that stated to turn off machine then hold the refresh key down and then the power key.  nothing happens  it just stays blank its is a HP chromebook 14.  Is that the right way to reboot?
