I recently moved my OS to a new SSD and after some days laptop suddenly crashed and after it started showing 8gb ram in task manager. I have 16gb ram on my laptop and it is not showing the second slot. I cleaned the slot it showed there is 16gb ram then it froze and nothing worked I tried many times same happened and the blue screen also came showed page fault error and froze.
After when i ran the UEFI it showed the failure id but as i clicked contact HP it froze again.
I cannot search for the failure id anywhere.
Tried contacting support but no human option available and the assistant couldn't identify it.

You will probably have to replace the defective 8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz memory chip.
If you enter the required information at the link below, it should provide a report of the code and the most likely way to fix it.
