hello, I have a problem with my laptop which is no longer registered in the list of sold computers because it was offered to a part of France. The problem is this: since the PC is no longer registered, it is impossible to find any help or driver because I can't see my SD card reader anymore. I have installed and searched for things, but nothing.
I'm getting tired of not being able to contact a REAL HP assistant who will be able to help me and having to ask a community that won't be able to help me either, because my problem will only be solved with a HP guy. So if anyone has any contacts, I WANT AN HP ASSISTANT. Thanks for your answers.
